Ring Sizing & Fit

  • We recommend purchasing a reliable ring sizer—here is one we trust. Alternatively, you may visit 1–2 reputable local jewelers to be sized in person.

  • At this time, we do not offer resizing services in-house. To minimize the need for adjustments, please confirm your size during your consultation. If resizing becomes necessary, we recommend working with a trusted local jeweler. To maintain your ring’s integrity, we do not advise resizing beyond two full sizes or making multiple adjustments.

Production & Design

  • Not a problem! Just because it’s marked as sold out doesn’t mean it’s unavailable — it simply means it’s not currently ready-made. Send us a message at hello@houseoflightcollective.com, and we’ll be happy to craft that ring just for you!

  • While we have completed pieces in as little as five weeks, we recommend beginning the process at least 6–8 weeks before you hope to receive your ring.

  • Rushes may be possible depending on stone availability, metal type, and setting complexity. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to accommodate your timeline.

  • That’s what we’re here for! Your dedicated consultant will guide you through every step—simply bring your ideas, preferences, and any questions.

  • Yes. Small adjustments can be made to any of our HOLC classic settings, and we also offer full customizations to bring your vision to life.

Availability, Returns & Other Policies

  • We accept returns on HOLC Classic pieces (not custom designs) within 7 business days of delivery, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The piece must be unworn, in perfect condition, and include all certifications and original packaging. Please contact us before initiating a return—returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We do not have storefront at this time. House of Light Collective currently operates exclusively online, though we hope to open a storefront in the future. In the meantime, we are proud to securely ship our rings nationwide.

  • We ship nationwide to permanent residential or business addresses. At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, hotels, or temporary addresses such as Airbnbs. All shipments are fully insured until the delivery status is marked “Delivered.” For your security, any order valued at $1,000 or more will require a signature upon delivery. Please double-check your shipping address and coordinate directly with your consultant to ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience.

  • Yes. Once your order has shipped, your designated consultant will provide you with a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way until it reaches you securely.

  • All shipping costs are calculated during Stage 3 of the design process and added to your final invoice. For discretion and security, all exterior packaging is unbranded. Our carriers will attempt delivery up to three times; after the third unsuccessful attempt requiring signature, the package will be returned to HOLC. Any costs associated with reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Except for Ready Made pieces (which do have final pricing listed), the prices listed on our website are intended as a guide and an estimate for each setting. Actual pricing may vary based on your selected stone color, size, and metal selection. For a personalized and accurate quote, please reach out via our Contact Us page.

  • Ready Made rings are pieces that you can purchase directly from the website without a consultation and without modifications or customizations. Your Ready Made ring will be set with an individually selected center stone based on the specifications you select. All center stones will be within 0.1 carat of the stated size. They are listed in their own category on the shop page.
    All Ready Made rings can be customized, please reach out to hello@houseoflightcollective.com to make modifications to any piece.

Our Craft & Materials

  • We source stones that are mined and crafted with care for both the environment and the people involved.

  • Our specialty is diamonds—both lab-grown and naturally mined, depending on client preference. We also source select gemstones on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes. Every center diamond we provide is either IGI or GIA certified and will ship with its original certification report.

  • We work exclusively with solid metals—never plated or filled. Our offerings include yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold in 12k–22k, as well as platinum for custom designs.

Orders, Changes & Cancellations

  • Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. To ensure a smooth process, we ask that all details are confirmed before work begins.

  • If production has not yet started, minor adjustments may be possible. Please contact your consultant directly to see if changes can be accommodated.

  • We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, but if you’d like additional updates, your consultant will be happy to provide them.

  • Once you purchase a setting, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Please reach out to hello@houseoflightcollective.com with your order number and a consultant will begin the stone selection process with you. Once you select a center stone, we will send an additional invoice to be paid prior to production.

    Please note: A center stone must be selected within 30 days of purchasing a setting, unless otherwise agreed upon with your consultant. We do not ship settings without a center stone. If no stone is selected and there is no follow-up within 30 days, the order will be canceled and the setting will be non-refundable.

  • Congratulations on your new diamond! We can either set it for you in a HOLC classic setting, or we can help you design a custom setting! Reach out to hello@houseoflightcollective.com with your order number to begin the process. The setting price will be sent in an additional invoice to be paid prior to production.

    Please Note: You must contact us within 4 business days of purchase for us to set the diamond. If we do not receive a message, we will ship the loose stone to you.

Care, Repairs & Protection

  • We build each piece with structural integrity and longevity in mind. If an issue arises, please contact us at hello@houseoflightcollective.com with your purchase confirmation. Repairs are handled case by case; in some situations, a complimentary repair may be offered.

    For stone loss, we strongly recommend insuring your jewelry. If you’d like HOLC to reset a stone, please reach out directly—we accept resets and repairs on a limited basis.

  • To keep your piece radiant, gently clean your gold jewelry with warm, soapy water and a soft brush, avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For long-term care, we recommend a professional deep cleaning by a trusted local jeweler every 6–12 months. When not being worn, store your jewelry in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to protect it from scratches and preserve its brilliance.

  • While we do not offer a formal warranty program, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If an issue arises, please reach out to your HOLC consultant, and we will work with you to find the best solution. In some cases, we may provide complimentary repairs; for more extensive repairs, a small fee may apply on a case-by-case basis.
